Cook Steps
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.
- Lightly grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
- Dry the drumsticks thoroughly, then set them on the prepared sheet pan.
- Drizzle the drumsticks with olive oil. Use clean hands to coat the drumsticks evenly, then sprinkle the seasoning salt and black pepper all over. Set them back on the sheet pan with the skin side down.
- Place drumsticks in the preheated oven. Bake until juices run clear when the leg is pierced with a knife, about 20-25 minutes. Flip each drumstick after [10 minutes] to ensure even cooking.
- Transfer the easy oven-roasted drumsticks to a serving platter or dinner plates. Serve warm!
