An easy shrimp dish that packs a lot of flavor in just a little bit of time.Notes:
- Hoisin is a slightly sweet, thick Asian sauce that can be found in the international foods aisle of your grocery store.

- Soy Sauce — 1 1⁄2 Tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil — 1 Tablespoon

Prep Steps
- Cut the ends off the green onions and peel away any loose or damaged outer layers. Rinse under cold water and dry thoroughly. Thinly slice the green onions to measure the indicated amount.
Cook Steps
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and hoisin.
- Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and warm.
- Once oil is warm, add shrimp. Sear until bright pink, then flip and cook until the other side is also bright pink, about 2-4 minutes per side. Stir in the soy mixture and toss to coat the shrimp evenly. Cook until sauce is thickened, another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Transfer the hoisin shrimp to a serving bowl or dinner plates. Scoop any extra sauce over the top, then serve warm!
